The Gangster actor, Shiney Ahuja has been granted bail from the Bombay High Court after spending 110 days in prison. But the bail comes with the surety of Rs.50,000 that the actor would stay out of Mumbai but at the same time, will not leave the country and would leave his passport with the investigating officer.
Shiney Ahuja, who has been in custody since June 15 for allegedly raping his maid had approached the session court twice before and his pleas were rejected. Shiney Ahuja will come to Mumbai on October 7th for the trial.
Following the court order to stay out of Mumbai, bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja, landed at the Delhi airport where he was accompanied by his wife Anupam and his parents.
