Khatta Meetha's screenplay heads up to Oscar Library!

A great news for the team of the movie Khatta Meetha, its time to celebrate because the movie's screenplay is heading up to Oscar Library. Priyadarshan (the director) is really excited on this achievement! Though, Khatta Meetha is an average hit but the director has enough reasons to celebrate.

He has got an official e-mail from The Library of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences in LA. They asked him for a copy of the screenplay of his movie Khatta Meetha. It will be kept by them for permanent Core Collection.They will use the script for the research purpose. Filmmakers, students, actors and writers will use it as a reference.

Priyadarshan feels honoured that his script has been chosen by The Library of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences in LA. He is glad to know that his script is going to be used for research purposes by students of cinema. He takes it as a recognition of the hard work involved in writing the script.

There is a buzz that the Title of Priyan's next movie is 'The Bullet Train' but he denies. He further adds that, he is going to work on his next project but the Title has not been decided yet, the shooting will begin from first week of September in London.

'Raju Hirani' chosen as a top ranking director by Filmfare

Raju Hirani has just returned from New York after having a heavy duty scripting session. The Director is in a gregarious mood, Guess why? Well! the good news is that Raju Hirani has been chosen as a Top Ranking Director by Filmfare.Now everyone is curious to know what is going to be Raju's next project? Specially after 3-Idiots which was a block buster in Bollywood's history.


Some of the speculations are that, Raju is planning a movie called 'Hey Bhagwan' on 300 Gods.But, he clears off all the speculations by saying that we have thirty three crore gods, then why would he choose 300 of those? Well point to be noted! At the same time he gives a hint about his upcoming flick,he adds that his forthcoming project is going to be based on the Religion.

Abhijat Joshi is going to write the script and he himself is busy in writing Munnabhai. This top ranked director believes every film is his first film, he further adds that today he is on the top because of the 3-Idiots. Raju firmly accepts that Bollywood is been through it's best phase and he will continue to make one film in two years. All The Best Raju!

Saif leaves Bebo for his Kids

Recently, Saif became a responsible daddy. Chhote Nawab spent time with his kids and ex wife Amrita. As per the sources, Saif was shooting with his girlfriend Kareena Kapoor in Morroco for his home production Agent Vinod. Fortunately, the scheduled wrapped up before the said time. Saif decided to fly to London, where his kids Ebrahim and Sara are enjoying their holidays with mother Amrita Singh..


Saif (chhote Nawab) is very much attached to both his kids, he always tries to spend maximum time with his kids.Lets come to Bebo now,Mumbai Mirror earlier reported that Bebo becomes uncomfortable when Saif’s children are around.When the kids are with Saif, she just moves back to her own apartment.

So this time, Saif rushed to his kids leaving Kareena in Mumbai. Well, she is planning to fly London very soon...No no! she will not join Saif and his kids. Infact, she has some of her shooting schedules for RA.One in London.

Boney Kapoor's son's debut in Mr.India-2

Another Kapoor Guy is ready to show his Jalwa on screen. No, No he doesn't belong to Kapoor family, actually he is a son of Director, Producer Boney Kapoor. Arjun Kapoor, is going to start his journey in the bollywood with 'Mr India 2'. He is going to appear as a son of Anil Kapoor and Sridevi in the movie.

Plans are a foot to cast a new female lead, the movie would be directed by Anees Bazmee and Shekhar Kapoor will handle the creative section as creative director .Now guess, who will recite the lines of Mogambo in 'Mr India- 2 ? None other than Salman Khan, he will appear as a dreaded villain (Mogambo). 'Mr India 2 is likely to be filmed in 3D.

Initially, Arjun was planning to become a director but papa Boney advised him to opt for a career in histrionics.So guys! get ready to watch Arjun Kapoor in Mr.India-2.

Shockingly, Reliance Big Pictures has bought the rights of Shah Rukh Khan starrer “Don2 for a huge amount of 125 crores. The rights are given by Excel Entertainment. This is not all, Eros International has bought other film of Shah Rukh's Ra.one' for 175 crores. 'Ra.one' is his home production. It is Shah Rukh Khan's popularity and huge fan following which is compelling the distributors to pay such a huge amount!

Salman will appear as "the father of two kids"

'Sallu Miyaan' Salman Khan is going to play a tough role in Mahesh Manjrekar’s next movie. He wants to do something 'Hatke', so he is coming out with a surprising change. The fans will see him as a father of two kids. The story belongs to the middle class.


Sources say that Salman, instantly liked the story and gave his approval . The flick is remake of Mahesh Manjrekar’s hit Marathi film Shikshanachya Aaicha Gho. Portrays the values of middle class.It is a story of a kid who likes to play cricket, he has no work with studies. Father( Salman ) is not satisfied with his son’s passion for the bat. And the rebel starts .

Mahesh Manjrekar has confirmed the news, he adds " Salman is really impressed with the story, her has never done something middle class before". So guys! get ready to watch Salmaan in a new avtaar of a father.

Sherlyn Chopra, bannned by Twitter

Sherlyn Chopra's acting career is mainly confined to B-Grade movies, now she has grabbed News Headlines this week. 'Twitter ' social networking website has banned her for uploading naked and nude pictures on their website.

On 23 June 2010, Twitter has deleted all her nude pictures that were posted by the actress on her account and she is not allowed any kind of further posting on Twitter. Sherlyn posted her nude picture in response to the comments of her followers.She has around 20,000 followers , she feels “handicapped” by the ban. Her team is trying to sort out the matter as soon as possible. They are trying to get in touch with Twitter authorities. She believes it is a temporary situation else she will think over shifting to other social networking site. The action has been taken after the complaint made by an NGO

It is worthwile to mention here that Sherlyn has appeared in movies like Game, Red Swastik and Time Pass.She also performed in a super hit Telugu Movie . Now she is making serious efforts to make a serious image. Sherlyn also appeared in Big Boss season 3.
