Pratiek tried to mess up with Aamir Khan

Everyone knows that Aamir Khan is a genius bollywood actor and no one can mess with the star when it comes to work. However, Pratiek Babbar who is just one film old recently tried to mess up with Aamir Khan on sets of their upcoming flick Dhobi Ghat.



Pratiek made the film unit wait endlessly coming late for the shooting. Not only that but Pratiek didn’t felt that any requirement to inform anybody about his absence for the day. At last that day the shooting was called off and Aamir had to go back home. Dhobi Ghat is the directorial debut of Kiran Rao.

A unit member also said that Frantic efforts to trace Pratiek Babbar were made, but of no use. Many times Pratiek Babbar was called up but he was available to attend the call. After some time it was revealed that the actor was in Goa. Starry tantrum Pratiek !!!!

Shahid Kapur wants Katrina in Mausam

Recently it stated that Shahid Kapur after completing the shooting for Milenge Milenge with ex girlfriend Kareena Kapoor will also act with her in his dad's film titled Mausam. But for now another gossip is making rounds in Bollywood. Now, it is reported that Shahid Kapur wants Katrina Kaif for Mausam while his dad Pankaj Kapur wants a newcomer to be part of the project.




After acted with top actresses from Bollywood like Rani Mukherjee to Kareena Kapoor to Priyanka Chopra and many others, Shahid Kapur is now looking forward to work with Katrina Kaif. To this gossip Pankaj Kapur said that he has not thought of the cast, and is yet working on writing the script. Mausam is scheduled to begin early next year.

Aamir, Sallu and SRK Do Not Rule Bollywood :Ajay Devgan

In a press interview on Thursday, Ajay Devgan said “Aamir Khan, Salman Khan and Shahrukh khan do not rule the Bollywood industry”. The actor who generally stays calm and quiet, lost his patience on Thursday in the interview. Ajay is such a chilled-out, in-control person. He would never be expected to punish himself. But I’d rather let the character define its actions rather than the image of actor.



Devgan launched a scathing attack at the three Khans of Bollywood, criticizing die hard fans of the Khans as well as stating that the threesome do not own Bollywood. “It is totally wrong to say or assume that the Khans dominate the Bollywood film industry. I try to do the best I can,” Devgan said. Devgan is recovering from the debacle of London Dreams and also the less than spectacular box office returns of his production ‘All the best’.

“All the Best has just made a mark at the Box Office…I am only focused on my work which is my mantra to success,” Devgan said at the Provogue studio yesterday. “I give lots of importance to my work for which I can do anything,” he added. So if Devgan prefers to stay mum, quite aloof from the media and gossip magazines, why does he go ahead and mouth a flaming statement, knowing that the Bollywood crazy junta would hate him for that? We’re waiting for backlash from the three Khans, although we doubt Aamir would bother.
Devgan’s next film is the Prakash Jha film ‘Rajniti’ which also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif and Nana Patekar, the film releases in May 2010. No Khans were involved in the making of that film.

Sohail Khan takes off his T-Shirt

Ajay Devgan and Kajol’s party for All The Best witnessed a strange incident. Alongwith many Bollywood celebs Sohail Khan also attented the celebration. For a change inplace of Salman Khan, Sohail Khan took off his T-shirt but adding more spice to this Sohail gave his T-Shirt to directors Abbas Mustan, leaving them surprised.




Sohail Khan was wearing a blue T-shirt which read, 'Player'. Abbas Mustan came up to the actor and said that they were planning to make a film with the title ‘Player’ and had recently got it registered under their banner. At the party Sohail Khan called up a waiter and asked him to take off his shirt and till the end of the celebration Sohail was seen in the waiter's shirt.

Salman gives advice to Hrithik

Hrithik Roshan invited Salman Khan for Suzanne Roshan's birthday bash but Salman Khan gave it a miss to avoid the company of Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan who along with his wife attended the party.




Salman Khan clarified about his absence in the party by saying that he had to walk the ramp in a Fashion Week in New Delhi on the same day. Salman didn't just stop with that and assumed the role of a family advisor to Hrithik Roshan.

Salman asked Hrithik that he was aware of somebody called Hrithik's Kites co-star Barbara Mori to attend the Birthday party. Salman warned Hrithik that if he didn't take care of his family then he would actually stop talking to him.

Shahrukh's gesture

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has often seen receiving awards. Recently Shahrukh Khan made a gesture of giving away an award. This time it was not given to his co-star but to a very special person who works behind the camera.




Bollywood's King Khan not only awarded his make up artiste Ravi Indulkar but also touched his feet. Ravi also worked as make up artiste to ‘Dream Girl’ Hema Malini previously. Shahrukh Khan said, "Ravi mama did his best to make me as graceful as Hema Malini, but I know it is difficult."

Well before do any wild guesses let us make it clear Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor very much trust each other. But in the spy thriller Agent Vinod Saif Ali Khan is surrounded with lot of confusion when it comes to trusting Kareena.




Director Sriram Raghavan's Agent Vinod is said to be modelled James Bond and the role is portrayed by none-other than Saif Ali Khan himself. Saif plays a spy in the movie while Kareena works for the villain.

This is alos true that Kareena and Saif aren't romantically involved in the movie. That sounds strange as there has been a lot of talk regarding the onscreen chemistry of the couple...Kareena Kapoor is also shooting for Main Aur Mrs Khanna paired opposite Salman Khan and 3 Idiots with Aamir Khan.

Bipasha says NO to smoking

Bollywood beauty Bipasha Basu is known for her health and fitness conciousness. Recently, the actress in a social welfare refused to smoke on screen for her next film ‘Pankh’ directed by Sudipto Chattopadhyay and produced by Sanjay Gupta.



Bipasha sent that her smoking on the screen would send wrong message to the viewers. Bips had earlier refused to smoke on screen for Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Corporate’ too and was not happy with her boyfriend John doing ‘No Smoking’.

Bipasha Basu refused to even hold a cigarette in her hand. Bipasha lately refused to turn up for the Indian Independence day carnival which was held in Chicago this year. Bipasha Basu's next releases are All The Best: Fun Begins, Lamhaa and Sob Choritro Kalponik-Bengali film.

Salman is not buying IPL team

IPL commissioner Lalit Modi is trying to gain publicity for the league through Bollywood actor Salman Khan. Modi spread the rumours that Salman was interested in buying an IPL team but the actor denied it.




Media made sure to cover this news in every corner by adding some more spice to it. Modi told the media after meeting Salman at a Mumbai hotel that the actor was interested in buying an IPL team and that he had explained to him how to go about. He added that he had received around 28 queries.

Sohail Khan said that Salman is not buying any IPL team and Salman Khan stated this report as utter rumour and nothing else. It may be mentioned that IPL is connected to Bollywood in one way or the other be it celebrities owning the teams or adding glamour as becoming ambassadors.

Anupam Kher's Yeh Mera India

Bollywood actor Anupam Kher and director N.Chandra have again revived their friendship of Tezaab-days with the film Yeh Mera India. The film is said to be a social thriller that deals with several sensitive issues prevailing in modern India.




When N.Chandra asked Anupam Kher to do the role, Anupam asked the director to narrate the film in five minutes and only then he would decide to go for the whole 50 minutes of narration or not.

Anupam Kher said, "I agreed to do the film instantly because it dealt with humanity and I also believed in N Chandra that he will craft it beautifully." Alongwith Anupam Kher, the film also stars Perizaad Zorabian, Purab Kohli, Rajpal Yadav, Smiley Suri, Rajit Kapoor, Atul Kulkarni, Seema Biswas, Milind Gunaji, and Sarika.

Salman scared of his mother Salma Khan

Salman Khan is also called as the angry man of bollywood feels scared of his mother Salma Khan. Salman revealed this himself on Farah Khan's soon-to-be-launched celebrity chat show Tere Mere Beach Mein that his mother still gives him tight slaps if he does anything wrong. The actor is himself very much attached with his mother.




Salman Khan's mother Salma Khan told that Salman was very naughty as a boy and he used to get the most beating and still does. Salman Khan's new releases and about to come movies are Wanted opposite Ayesha Takia, Veer that also stars Mithun Chakraborty, Sohail Khan and Jackie Shroff. Than comes London Dreams that also features Asin in lead role and Main Aur Mrs Khanna opposite Kareena Kapoor.

Ranbir Salman's new friend

Bollywood smart dude Salman Khan has found a new friend in Ranbir Kapoor. The dudes got along well, while shooting for their films Veer and Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year, respectively at Mehboob Studios.




Salman had invited Ranbir to join him for a football match this Independence Day while they were chatting at Mehboob Studio. The actor plans to spend the day playing football with his friends has also asked younger brothers, Arbaaz and Sohail to invite their friends.

The venue of the match is still unknown but according to sources, it will be held at one of the Bandra grounds. The match would be interesting..

Saif watches Love Aaj Kal secretlyc

Bollywood industry’s latest actor turned producer Saif Ali Khan took his anxiety to an altogether different level. It so happened, that Saif and his Illuminati Films production partner Dinesh Vijan, after receiving the first final copy of the film Love Aaj Kal, couldn’t resist watching it as soon as they could.




They immediately arranged a trial theatre for the same and watched the film. Incidentally, it was 2 am in the morning when their show began. So what was the final outcome after the show? "They were extremely overjoyed on watching it, as it fulfilled all their expectations."

We wish the auidences would also love watching the movie. The movie is releasing on 31 July.

Yuvraj Singh and MS Dhoni to enter Bollywood

Filmstars like Preity Zinta, Shahrukh Khan and Shilpa Shetty have already ventured into sports business, thanks to IPL. Now Dhoni and Yuvraj are all set to enter into their domain. Yes, you have guessed it right. Yuvraj Singh and MS Dhoni are al set to enter the bollywood industry.

Cricketers MS Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh are all set to appear in a film produced by Dino Morea. However, both of them have had an association with cinema in one way or the other. While Yuvraj has dated Bollywood hottie Kim Sharma, Dhoni plays a role in David Dhawan’s Hook Ya Crook.

Kunal Khemu-Soha Ali Khan parted their ways

Another Bollywood couple parted their ways as Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Khemu called it’s off to each other. The actors come close to each other on the sets of Dhoondte Reh Jaoge, in which they were casted opposite each other. But now even if they broke up, they don’t have any hard feeling for each other and still friends.

Few months ago there was news that Kunal headed to Goa to be with Soha when he learnt that Siddharth her co-star from Rang De Basanti is spending good time with her over there. May be the rift between them started since then. One source revealed, “They parted in a very dignified manner. They are still friends.”

But when it asked to both of them, instead of confirming their split they don’t even accepted that they were involved romantically before. Kunal also said that “That’s because we are not working on any film together.”

However Soha Ali Khan said, “Since we actresses seem to have been created more to romance our co-stars and less to act in films, it is only natural and fitting that during Dhoondte Reh Jaoge and 99, Kunal and I were ‘paired up’ by the media, and now that we are no longer working together, we have ‘broken up’. For my future boyfriends, please refer to my list of anticipated releases.”

Lara not seeing anyone

Known for her gung-ho spirit, Lara Dutta’s sudden silence on her personal life has stirred many rumours of late. The stunner, whose ex-flame Kelly Dorji had sent gossip mills soaring after he shouted foul over Lara and Dino’s supposed romantic alliance, is now in news for dating tennis ace Mahesh Bhupati.
But after keeping quiet for months, the gutsy dame has lashed out at all such reports as she told, "I am not seeing anyone."

The bollywood diva apparently lost her cool after a leading tabloid reported that she was sweet on Bhupati. The news had spread like wildfire across the news journals with several taking potshots at the actress’ wavering love interest.

Shiney's prison mate is the real Gangster

Life can be bad at times and Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja will know it best. Shiney Ahuja who had delivered his first blockbuster Gangster impersonating underworld don Abu Salem will be have Salem as his prison mate. Shiney will server his term in Mumbai's Arthur Road Jail where Abu Salem himself is awaiting trial.

Shiney Ahuja who has been booked for raping his maid servant was sent on a 14-day judicial custody till July 2. This was a relief of sorts for Shiney as the Mumbai Court rejected prosecution's plea for an extension of police custody for the actor.

In 2006 when Shiney Ahuja's Gangster was to be released Abu Salem's lawyers had raised objection complaining that the movie was based on the real life events of Salem and wanted a ban on the screening of the movie. Mahesh Bhatt the producer of the movie denied the statement and the gangster's lawyers had to withdraw their complaint.

Shiney had played a dreaded gangster Daya Shankar madly in love with Kangana Ranaut in the movie. This plot was strikingly similar to Salem's affair with Bollywood actress Monica Bedi with whom he was arrested in Portugal. Well it is very much likely that 'Real Gangster' and the 'Reel Gangster' will come across each other in the next 14 days.

Shiney Ahuja sent to police custody

Popular Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja has been charged with raping, detaining and threatening his 19-year-old his domestic help and has been remanded into police custody.



The 36-year-old actor has been booked under Section 376 (rape), Section 346 (wrongful restraint) and Section 506 (threat to kill) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). If the charges are proved, they attract a minimum jail term of seven years. Shiney Ahuja, who appeared in court at 1.30 pm, was escorted into a police van with a black cloth around his head.

Ahuja has also admitted to having a physical relationship with the domestic help out of mutual consent. However he has reportedly said that he could have commited the crime in a drunken state.

Meanwhile, Shiney Ahuja's publicity manager Dale Bhagwagar sent out a press release asking the media to exercise restraint.

Shiney Ahuja, a critically acclaimed actor has been known to be somewhat temperamental. His strained relationship with his co-stars has often been a subject of popular gossip. The star was recently in the news for shooting an intimate scene with Soha Ali Khan for their forthcoming film Accident.

Shiney Ahuja is a much-married man and is also the father to a year-old child.

Aamir turns Pa again

Aamir Khan is going to turn papa again if the latest news turns true. The news is doing the rounds that Aamir's wife Kiran Rao is three months pregnant.
Kiran was recently admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in South Mumbai for fever.

During the medical test, it was discovered that Kiran was pregnant. Sources revealed the Aamir Khan used to visit Kiran every night, probably to avoid media glare.

Aamir Khan has two children Junaid and Ira from his first wife Reena Dutta. Aamir Khan divorced Reena in December 2002 and married Kiran Rao in 2005.

Salman dumped Katrina for Asin

There’s a bit of worry for gorgeous Katrina Kaif as the rumours doing the rounds is that Asin and Salman Khan’s off-screen chemistry is really working very well.

It’s been said that Asin’s room is full of Sallu’s poster so that she can see his face, the first thing in the morning. Not only this, recently a new buzz was in the air that Salman Khan has gifted a flat to Asin in Mumbai suburbs, Lokhandwala, so that Asin could have a permanent residence in the city of Bollywood.

Both the stars are working together in the upcoming flick London Dreams and it seems that their closeness would surely be bringing horrible dreams to Katrina. But the Ghajini girl says that it’s nothing more than a professional relationship.

Asin tried her best to clear the air about the Bollywood bad boy: ”I am working with Salman in a film. Nothing more or nothing less than that.”
